Itinerary

Day 1: Haridwar/Dehradun - Rishikesh – Barkot

Arrival at Haridwar. Proceed to Rishikesh for Yatra Registration. After registration proceed to Barkot (216 Kms). Overnightstay.

Note:- For the Green Card you have to wait for 4-5 Hrs (This is the Process by Govt. they check the Vehicle & take all the details of Passenger, then they allow for the journey).

Day 2: Barkot - Yamunotri – Barkot

Departure to Janakichatti (Approx. 45 km.) to shorten your trek by 5 Kms. Proceed to Yamunotri temple by walk / pony / doli (by own). (Approximate charges for both ways by horse would be ‘800/- to ‘1,200/- and doli ‘2,500/- to 3,500/- Approx). Return to Barkot. Overnight stay.

Day 3: Barkot – Uttarkashi

Till lunch you are free to explore after that Proceed to Uttarkashi (80Kms). Visit , Upon arrival, Check into hotel.

Day 4: Uttarkashi - Gangotri – Uttarkashi

Early morning (04 a.m.) Departure to /5hoursGangotri (100 Kms). Upon arrival at Gangotri, take a Holy Dip in the sacred Ganges, Perform Pooja and return to Uttarkshi. Overnight stay.

Day 5: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi

Morning departure to Guptkashi (230 Kms). Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. Overnight Stay.

Day 6: Guptkashi – Kedarnath

Early hours proceed to Sonprayag (4 Kms.) then to Gaurikund (5 Kms.) by Govt. Jeep. and later Proceed to Kedarnath (17 Kms.) by pony. After Darshan / Pooja at Temple, Overnight stay Kedarnathji.

Pilgrims going by Helicopter: Early morning proceed to Sirsi / Phata / Guptakashi Helipad to Kedarnath Helipad. Later, proceed to Kedarnath Temple by walk (1 Km.). After Darshan / Pooja at Temple, Overnight stay.(Kedarnathji).

Note:

In case you are traveling by Helicopter / Walk / Pony / Doli, the return will be on the same day with night stay at Rampur. Those who are traveling by Walk (17 Kms. approx. each way) / Pony / Doli, have a start the trek early in the morning of Day 4 A.M., so that you can come back on the same day.

Day7 : Kedarnath ji - Guptkashi

After breakfast came down from Kedarnath ji to Guptkashi then on arrival check into Hotel Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

Day 8: Guptkashi –Pipalkoti

After breakfast enjoy leisure. Proceed to pipalkoti. EnroutePrayag Overnight stay.

Day 9: Pipalkoti – Badrinath- Pipalkoti

After Breakfast Departure to Badrinath (80 kms). Upon arrival,VisitBadrinathji temple then Bhramkapal then drive to Pipalkoti. Overnight stay.

Day 10: Pipalkoti – Haridwar/Dehradun

Departure to Haridwar On arrival. After that drop at railway station for further journey.

Tour package cost – 19,500 Per Persons with breakfast & Dinner and vehicle as per the group prize similar.

For Solo Traveller Tour package cost – 25,000 Per Persons with Single Room breakfast & Dinner and vehicle as per the group prize similar.

During the tour vehicle AC will be used only on the flat land surface, not on hilly areas
Mention Local sightseeing will be covered only if time & situation permits.
Complimentary services for children below 5 years will be at the hotels only and will be chargeable if any additional service is availed apart from the services offered.
Complimentary the child will not be given any additional seat in the vehicle, the guests will have to adjust them in the same vehicle.
AC will not work in hill areas or stopped/parked vehicle
Vehicle will run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination if the guest want to travel/visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/her self.
If Gala dinner on a selected date is mandatory in the hotel opted the same will be directly payable by the guest and will be as per the hotelâ€™s policy.
Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability)
Check out the time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check-in time is 12:00 noon. (Early check-in is subject to availability)
In case the client is carrying any valuable personal good, it is advisable not to leave it behind at the time of disembarking/ leaving the coach. GIH will not be held responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the coach. All baggage and personal goods are at all times and in all circumstances, the responsibility of the client.

Payment Policy

Advance Booking Fee
30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost.
15 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost.
14 days or less before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost.
Important: The the booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 15 days before the date of departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel you’re booking:-You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Other Policy

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is refundable after cancellation and Booking Charges, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further the charge will be levied as follows:-

Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in the cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.
The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air/train tickets or any third-party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline/railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and canceling such services for the Client
For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products including tours by Sky link Holiday .courts and tribunals in Madhya Pradesh (Indore), India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction. All tours are subject to laws, rules of RBI/Govt. of India.

After getting confirmation from your side, we will process your booking immediately and Issue you the Hotel Check-in Voucher, Car Voucher, Sightseeing service Voucher to you as an attachment to PDF file. You are requested to carry these issued documents print-out copy with you during the Trip.

Terms and Conditions

If we change or cancel your holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first, try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.

If you have a complaint

If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter, etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavor to set things right? If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 30 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of you the complaint if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.
